1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of luxury vehicle purchases, all sales are final. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Vehicles: If a vehicle is delivered with manufacturing defects or significant damage not caused by the customer, we may offer a replacement or refund.

  • Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be subject to administrative and restocking fees.

2. Return Process

If you believe you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Documentation: Include photos/videos of the issue, your order number, and relevant details for evaluation.

  3. Evaluation Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with the next steps.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • If a vehicle is returned, it must be in its original, unused condition with all documentation and accessories.

  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for shipping, administrative, or restocking fees where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Vehicles that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Special/custom orders made to specific customer requests.

  • Deposits placed for vehicle reservations unless canceled within 48 hours.

5. Warranty and Repairs

All Boldoutciteino vehicles come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If an issue arises outside of the return period, we encourage customers to utilize our authorized service centers for repairs and warranty claims.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.”
